Job Summary
Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients per their individualized care plan. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals while maintaining the comfort, privacy, and dignity of patients. Responsibilities also include reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor. Ideal candidates should possess a caring attitude, strong customer service focus, the ability to multitask, and work collaboratively as part of a team. Full-time employees benefit from a $1,000 sign-on bonus and 6 weeks of paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA listing with NC Home Health Aide Registry
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests
- Meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Hospice or home health experience preferred
