Community Banking Supervisor

Supervise the Community Banking Associate team to ensure efficient transaction processing, uphold performance expectations, and foster teamwork. Oversee operational functions including vault supervision, cash management, and ATM servicing while maintaining strict compliance with security protocols and audit requirements. Coordinate workflow with the Community Banking Manager to achieve office goals and participate in team staffing and development processes.
