Job Summary
Community Banking Manager responsible for the operation of a mid-size branch, coaching and leading staff, and driving profitability. Oversees consumer and small business lending, loan processing and tracking, branch sales goals, customer service quality, and adherence to bank policies. Develops and maintains a sales and service culture, conducts employee performance reviews, manages staffing and budgets, coordinates with HR and regional management, and ensures regulatory compliance and security controls. Requires leadership skills, experience in consumer and small business lending, knowledge of S&T sales, NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act certification, and a two-year degree (four-year degree preferred) with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- two-year degree or equivalent. Four-year degree preferred.
- Five to ten years of general business experience required, five to ten years of specialized experience required.
- Successful completion of the retail training program required.
- Proof of NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act certification
