Job Summary
Coach, mentor, and develop your Community Banking team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales, deposit, and lending goals. Lead by example as a player-coach, setting objectives and tracking performance to ensure the office meets business targets. Represent ACNB Bank at local events and organizations to strengthen community presence, while resolving customer concerns efficiently to uphold Service Excellence standards. Manage branch operations including vault balancing, compliance, and risk controls with precision. Partner with internal business lines such as Wealth Management and Commercial Lending to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. This role requires 5+ years of progressive retail banking experience, familiarity with the downtown Frederick market, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs of currency. The position offers a salary of $70,000 plus health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive retail or community banking experience
- leadership or supervisory responsibility
- Familiarity with the downtown Frederick market
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to reach performance goals and deliver superior customer experiences
- Skilled in identifying customer needs, promoting financial solutions, and fostering a culture of relationship-based selling
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and branch operations
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and core banking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. of currency/coin as needed
