Job Summary
Greet and serve customers while accepting deposits, cash checks, and utility bill payments. Process night and mail deposits, sell treasurer checks and money orders, and collect loan payments and safe deposit box rents. Coordinate department work, report information to supervisors, and refer customers to appropriate service personnel. Adhere to all internal policies and regulatory requirements including the Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act, and Equal Credit Opportunity Act. Maintain awareness of new business opportunities and refer customers to relevant staff. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50lbs. Works Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, 37.5 hours per week, on-site in Millville, PA.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; specialized banking education or training
- Moderate reading, writing and grammar skills, as well as analytical and math skills
- Proficient communicative and interpersonal skills, must be professional and courteous
- Proficient eye-hand coordination
- Ability to operate various office machines
- Ability to lift approximately 50lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must be available for some Saturdays
- Must be available for 37.5 hours per week
- Must pass a criminal record check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass a credit check
