Job Summary
Develop and execute a sales plan including a minimum of five weekly calls to acquire new customers and enhance existing relationships. Actively network in the community to build referral sources while consistently meeting loan, deposit, and cross-selling goals. Assist branch managers in identifying sales opportunities and manage your loan portfolio within established guidelines. Deliver unmatched service by executing the MCB PROMISE and maintaining strong communication with branch and interdepartmental teammates. Complete all assigned training by required deadlines. This role supports bank initiatives and reinforces company-wide communication within the Chilton community.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of ALL bank products/services
- Ability to cross-sell products/services to new and existing customers
- Ability to identify new and existing sales opportunities
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed loan, deposit, and cross selling goals
- Ability to manage and monitor a loan portfolio within guidelines
- Ability to complete assigned training by required deadlines
- Ability to develop and execute a sales plan including a minimum of 5 sales calls per week
- Ability to actively network in the community to build relationships that lead to referrals
