Job Summary

Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions. Opens and maintains consumer and business checking, savings, IRA, CD, and credit card products while processing new consumer and small business loan requests. Builds relationships through outbound outreach and performs teller duties including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and currency counting. Identifies referral opportunities across Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management using 360 View. Maintains compliance with all bank regulations and participates in volunteer financial education efforts. Requires 1-3 years banking experience and a Registered Mortgage Loan Originator license. Located at the Lander, WY branch with variable hours based on scheduling needs.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1-3 years banking or related experience
  • Registered Mortgage Loan Originator per the SAFE Act within 30 Days
  • Regular and Predictable Attendance
  • Dexterity of hands/fingers to operate computer keyboard and mouse
  • Frequently Handling

  • Frequently Lifting - Occasionally (up to 25 lbs)
