Job Summary
Lead Commercial, Private, and Retail Banking teams, including marketing, operations, and personnel activities. Drive market-level strategies aligned with growth, profitability, and performance objectives. Expand the customer base by building a strong business development process and deepening client relationships. Grow fee-based revenue through brokerage, trust, and investment referrals. Represent Associated Bank in key business, civic, and charitable organizations to strengthen community presence. Develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and compensation administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of customer service and business development experience in financial services
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Preferred 2+ years of trust, investment, or wealth management experience
