Job Summary

Analyze community association legal issues, draft clear legal opinions and practical recommendations, and interpret amendments to governing documents for condominium, cooperative, and HOA clients. Serve as a trusted advisor by preparing for board meetings, conducting case law research, reviewing service contracts, and supporting enforcement efforts to drive disputes to resolution. Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and sound judgment while managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Requires active Florida Bar membership and 2+ years of attorney experience. Hybrid schedule with Tampa and West Palm Beach office options.

Required Qualifications

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar
  • 2+ years of attorney experience
  • Must be actively licensed in Florida
  • Must have 2+ years of attorney experience
