Job Summary
Community Association Manager (CAM) for RealManage portfolio responsibilities including overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple community associations, serving as a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors, overseeing vendor relationships and contracts, developing and managing annual budgets, monitoring collections and cash flow, preparing management and financial reports for Boards, and leading and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality service, with a focus on compliance with governing documents and industry standards, driving service improvements, and maintaining strong resident relations across a nationwide portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- minimum 2-3 years in property management / community management
- ability to lead and manage a team
- experience managing complex developer portfolios and relationships
- strong understanding of community association business and financial statements
- proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
