Job Summary
Community Association Manager (CAM) for RealManage overseeing day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations. Lead contractor/vendor coordination, budgeting, and financial reporting; serve as trusted advisor to Boards and Directors; mentor staff; foster clear communication and a collaborative community culture; ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations; manage vendor relationships, payments, and annual budgets; prepare management reports for Boards; drive service improvements and risk management; support Board meetings and special projects with integrity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Florida CAM license required
- Minimum 2-3 years property/community management experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to develop budgets and manage financials
- Experience with vendor management, bidding, contracts, and payments
- Ability to interact with homeowners, boards, and vendors professionally
Desired Qualifications
- Florida CAM license (required)
- 2-3 years minimum in property management / community management
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team
- Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
