Job Summary
Oversee a portfolio of community associations in Milwaukee and Madison, coordinating with boards, vendors, and the Sentry Home Office to deliver exemplary service. Responsibilities include attending and preparing for meetings, managing vendor proposals and contracts, handling risk management, insurance, and maintenance requests, coordinating with staff, processing invoices and monthly assessments, serving as liaison between boards and legal counsel, and preparing manager reports and financial summaries. Requires strong written and verbal communication, professional organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a valid driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous Community Management Experience
- Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
