Job Summary
Portfolio Manager for Community Associations in St. Louis, MO responsible for overall supervision of assigned associations, coordinating with Boards, vendors, and Sentry Home Office; duties include attending meetings, managing vendor proposals/contracts, coordinating maintenance and approvals, invoicing and assessments, liaison between boards and legal counsel, and preparing reports and financial summaries. Requires prior community management experience, strong communication, organization, and a valid driver’s license; proficiency with Microsoft Office expected. Salary commensurate with experience; comprehensive benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous Community Management Experience
- Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
