Job Summary
Oversee multiple communities as Community Association Manager (CAM): coordinate with Boards, residents, and vendors; manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting; supervise maintenance projects and vendor performance; address resident concerns and drive community satisfaction; lead board meetings and provide updates; ensure compliance with rules and regulations; maintain accurate records and contracts; requires HOA/property management experience; proficiency with Appfolio and Vantaca.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of community management experience
- Familiarity with Association Fundamentals and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Appfolio and Vantaca experience is a major plus
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
