Job Summary
Community Association Manager (CAM) for a nationwide HOA portfolio at RealManage. Lead day-to-day operations of multiple community associations, serve as a trusted advisor to Boards, manage vendor relationships and contracts, prepare annual budgets, monitor collections, produce regular reports, and drive service improvements. Role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, relationship-building with residents, boards, and vendors, and adherence to governing documents and industry standards. Must drive and have reliable transportation; CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired. Roles involve coordinating with DCAM and Boards of Directors, conducting meetings, and ensuring compliance across portfolios across Texas markets (Austin presence noted).
Required Qualifications
- CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired
- Minimum 2-3 years in property management / community management experience
- Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team
- Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
