Job Summary
Community Association Manager for StoneRidge, Prescott Valley, AZ (HOAMCO) responsible for onsite management of an exclusive HOA community. Manages the community according to governing documents, management agreement and contracts; communicates with the Board of Directors, vendors, and internal teams; assists with budgeting, financials, and timely payments; conducts meetings in person or virtually; performs administrative duties; stays current with industry practices and applicable laws, educating boards accordingly; collaborates with others to deliver customer service, integrity, and a positive company image.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility, property or community Manager
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite
