Job Summary
Remote HOA Community Manager overseeing day-to-day operations of homeowners' associations from a remote location in the Chicago area. Responsibilities include governance, financial management (budgeting, delinquencies, financial reporting), vendor/contract management, coordinating maintenance and inspections, facilitating clear communication with homeowners and boards, ensuring legal compliance, mediating conflicts, developing emergency response plans, and maintaining organized records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in condo association or HOA management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain CAM license in the state of Illinois (support will be provided)
- Computer and tech skills: E-mail, Google Workspace (cloud), Word, Excel, etc.
