Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of community associations as the primary point of contact for homeowner and board inquiries. Collaborate with board members to develop strategic plans, oversee vendor relationships, and prepare annual budgets to ensure financial stability. Coordinate regular board meetings, address operational concerns, and ensure compliance with laws and governing documents. Maintain positive relationships with community members while handling multiple projects and priorities. Requires two years of experience, strong knowledge of HOA laws, and proficiency in financial management and vendor negotiation. Certification such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community association management
- Strong knowledge of HOA laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
