Job Summary
Manage community associations according to governing documents, management agreements, and contracts while ensuring timely payments and monthly financials. Maintain proactive communication with boards of directors, vendors, and internal teams, attending meetings in person or virtually. Stay current with industry practices and applicable laws to educate boards, performing administrative duties as assigned. Travel regularly to Cantonment, Tallahassee, Gulf Breeze, and surrounding areas to service developer-run HOA communities. This Florida CAM license role supports HOAMCO's leadership in managing over 600 communities across seven states, emphasizing teamwork, integrity, and exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility, property or community Manager
- Florida Licensed - CAM
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite
- Must have a valid driver's license and current car insurance coverage
- Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine
- Being a strong team player, willing to help and assist others when needed
- Consistently works well with others and is always willing to assist teammates when needed
