Job Summary
Experienced Portfolio/Community Association Manager responsible for supervision of associations, coordinating with Boards, vendors, and Sentry Home Office to deliver exemplary service. Key duties include maximizing client satisfaction, preparing for and participating in annual/general meetings, managing vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, and architectural requests; coordinating internal staff; invoicing and payment coding; acting as liaison between boards and legal counsel; and preparing manager reports and financial summaries. Requires previous community management experience, strong communication, organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
