Job Summary
Association Manager responsible for coordinating COA/HOA management, budgeting, bidding, scheduling and overseeing contracted services, evaluating repairs, weekly property inspections for maintenance/safety/policy compliance, preparing enforcement letters, and attending Board meetings; requires CMCA certification, 2+ years COA/HOA management, strong financial acumen, proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Yardi, and excellent communication and customer-service skills; evenings may be required for Board meetings; employer provides 401(k), health insurance options, FSAs, paid time off, growth programs, and a collaborative culture; Towne Properties Equal Opportunity Employer; background and MVR checks required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of COA or HOA management experience
- CMCA Certification
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare budgets and report on monthly financials
- Familiarity with Board meetings and related procedures and decorum
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening Board meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Yardi software
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to undergo a drug screen and background check upon offer of employment
- Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto-insurance
