Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations, providing strategic guidance to Boards of Directors and acting as their trusted advisor on contractor selection, insurance, and long-term planning. Respond promptly to all emails and calls within 24 hours while managing vendor relationships, including bidding, contract negotiation, and oversight. Lead and mentor staff, prepare annual budgets, and monitor collections to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with governing documents. Present clear operational and financial reports to stakeholders, address escalated homeowner concerns, and oversee community projects ensuring quality and budget adherence. Maintain proper insurance coverage and implement risk management strategies. Requires valid driver's license, 2-3 years in property management, and CMCA certification.

- Minimum 2-3 years in property management /community management experience
- Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team
- Experience managing complex developer portfolios and relationships
- Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- High integrity, honesty, professionalism, and customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage with both internal and external customers
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
- Ability to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer and printer
- Constantly position self to maintain files in file cabinets
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Ability to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- Ability to frequently move boxes weighing up to 20lbs across office for various needs
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while onsite at various communities
- Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a ladder or stairs
