Community Association Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners' associations while serving as primary liaison to Board Members. Coordinate Board meetings, manage vendors and contractors, and supervise onsite staff to ensure service quality and efficiency. Enforce community rules, assist with budgeting and financial tracking, and respond to resident concerns to resolve issues professionally. Identify process improvements and participate in ongoing training to enhance community operations. Requires Active Florida LCAM license, one year of community association management experience, and ability to walk grounds for inspections. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year of experience in community association management
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of Industry experience
- Strong knowledge of condominium and HOA operations and Florida Statutes
- Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- CINC software
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
