Seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to develop long-term client relationships and provide operational services. Requires a licensed manager with industry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Develop Long-Term Relationship with Account Portfolio
- Develop and Maintain Industry Vendor Relationships
- Attend Board Meetings
- Seek Estimates and Proposals as Advised by Clients
- Provide Administrative, Operational, and Managerial Service to Clients
- Develop Annual Budgets
- Attend Annual Board Meetings and Elections
- Coordinate with Internal Departments Regarding Portfolio
- Other Tasks as Directed
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Community Association Manager (preferred)
- Prior Industry Experience (preferred)
- Comfortable Using Mobile Technology, i.e. Tablets and Smart Phone
- Problem Solver
- Financial Report Knowledge (Balance Sheet & P/L Statement)
- Detail Oriented
- Organized and Able to Meet Deadlines

- Willingness to Work Evenings
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
