Job Summary
Develop and maintain professional relationships with association boards and homeowners while addressing service requests and investigating complaints. Supervise vendor quality, inspect facilities for maintenance needs, and respond to emergencies. Prepare meeting agendas, manage records, and assist in monthly financial reporting and annual budget preparation. Analyze expenses, prepare Requests for Proposals, and oversee major improvement projects exceeding $10,000. Schedule staff assignments, review payroll, and approve vendor invoices. Work Monday through Friday with nighttime meetings and emergency calls required. Bilingual (English, Spanish) and CAM license holders with five years of management experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active CAM License
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management
- General Computer Skills
- Nighttime Meetings & Emergency Calls Will Be Required
- Non-smoking and drug-free environment
