Job Summary
As a Community Associate for WeWork, you’ll be the primary point of contact for the Community and the “face” of the building. You will front desk the building during set business hours, greet members and guests, manage guest sign-in, and support the Community Management team. You’ll drive the growth and promotion of WeWork services, assist with events and membership engagement, and help ensure all building operations, policies, and procedures are up to date. You will help create a welcoming, collaborative environment, build relationships among members, assist with event planning and execution, maintain mail and deliveries, manage access and keys, and act as a knowledge resource on building amenities, policies, and local services. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills, integrity, dependability, and a customer-service mindset, with a passion for entrepreneurial communities and alignment with WeWork’s mission and values.
