Job Summary
As a Community Associate at WeWork in Madrid, you’ll be the on-site face of the community, serving as the primary point of contact for members and guests. Your responsibilities include front desk management during operating hours, greeting and sign-in of guests, fostering member relationships, facilitating events and programming, promoting WeWork services, and supporting enterprise or classic locations. You’ll handle building operations tasks (mail and package processing, keys/keycards, guest policies, notices), contribute to member engagement via events and communications, and use tools like Welkio and Kube to document and coordinate activities. Collaboration with the Community Lead/Manager and awareness of WeWork policies will help create a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized space for members and teams.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
