Community Associate - Full Time

Conduct full spectrum of women's health services, including advanced procedures, utilizing two Da Vinci robotic systems and Level III NICU resources. Manage collaborative care alongside an 11-physician team with predictable scheduling and a post-call day off. Handle 24-hour call rotation with a post-call day off, sharing weekend calls at a 1:5 ratio. Provide onsite mammography and MFM consults while maintaining affiliation with Boone Hospital Center and Boone Health System. Join a practice expanding with new physicians next year, offering a clear path to partnership and company-paid licenses.
