Job Summary
Greet members and guests at the front desk, manage business hours coverage, and answer inquiries regarding way-finding, policies, and building issues. Maintain the physical space by cleaning assigned areas, sorting mail, organizing keys, and handling coffee operations at the Fiction Coffee outpost. Plan and host community events, post updates on social media, conduct new member orientations, and celebrate member milestones to foster a welcoming environment. Work with the Community Lead to implement member retention strategies and ensure all emergency equipment is reviewed and accessible.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion
- Passion for entrepreneurial communities
- Proficient in basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required
- Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus
