Community Associate, 222 Pacific Coast Hwy

As the on-site face of WeWork at El Segundo, you’ll be the primary point of contact for the Community, greeting members and guests, managing the front desk, and supporting a welcoming, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include guest sign-in, maintaining guest policies, coordinating events and member engagement, disseminating building information, and ensuring smooth building operations (mail, couriers, keys, emergency equipment). You’ll identify opportunities to connect members with each other, know local services and catering options, and maintain event communications and posters. The role supports the Community Management team, with possible Enterprise location variations in holidays, systems, and property management. Key skills include customer service, hospitality experience, strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, relationship-building, and alignment with WeWork’s mission and values. Qualifications include a college degree preferred but not required, 1+ years of hospitality experience, customer service or sales experience a plus, and proficiency with basic computer skills. Compensation includes base pay of $23-$25 per hour (approx. $47,840–$52,000 annually), plus incentive plans and full-time benefits, and a strong emphasis on integrity, dependability, and a passion for entrepreneurial communities.
