Job Summary
Leasing and customer-service driven role in a student/community housing setting. Responsible for conducting leasing tours, answering inquiries, generating leads, and processing guest cards. Enter resident information into Salesforce, participate in orientation/marketing events, and support renewal marketing. Manage on-site office shifts and on-call coverage, assist with Turn/Move-In/Move-Out processes, and help in make-ready of units. The role emphasizes presenting a positive image, coordinating with residents and parents, promoting ACC programming, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and collaborating with staff to deliver excellent resident experiences. Education is in progress from an accredited college or university. This position is onsite with part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s degree or diploma in progress from an accredited college or university
- Business operations knowledge
- Salesforce leasing management system familiarity
