Community Assistant - Union Baseline & Union 9Seventy (Student Living)

Provides administrative support to leasing offices at Greystar's Union Baseline and Union 9Seventy communities, including facilitating leasing processes, greeting and qualifying prospects, coordinating tours and lease paperwork, handling move-in/move-out activities, managing resident communications and notices, assisting with on-campus marketing outreach, organizing resident events, and serving as an after-hours liaison with on-call shifts; role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to perform duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional travel between properties.
