Community Assistant - Uncommon Wilmington

Conduct property tours with prospective residents, warmy greet visitors, and update the log sheet. Take part in campus networking and marketing events, follow up with residents and prospects, and assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings. Ensure a clean and welcoming environment while serving as a helpful resource for current residents. Report to the Property Manager as a part-time entry-level role for current students and residents.
