Job Summary
Leasing and marketing duties include giving leasing tours, answering inquiries, processing guest cards, and entering prospective resident information into the Salesforce leasing management system. The role supports marketing initiatives (orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, social media) and renewal campaigns, participates in Turn/Move-In/Move-Out processes, and requires availability for structured office shifts as well as on-call on evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Community Assistant acts as a resource for residents and parents, upholds ACC policies, and collaborates with property staff to create a positive living environment. The position requires enrollment in a degree or certificate program and involves customer service, event participation, and coordination of administrative tasks while maintaining a professional, team-focused attitude.
