Job Summary
The Community Assistant provides high-quality customer service to residents and assists with office administration, leasing inquiries, and events at Quarters Gainesville. Responsibilities include responding to residents and prospects, conducting tours, assisting with move-in/move-out procedures, maintaining documentation, supporting campus and community marketing efforts, and handling front desk duties. Rotating nights and weekends are required; while preference is given to applicants who live on-site and are currently enrolled at the University of Florida. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Prefer for our Community Assistants to live onsite and be currently enrolled at the university
- Demonstrated ability to work in a growing, fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Possess strong administrative, organization, and communication skills
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Be a self-motivated individual and excel at working in a team environment
- Ability to have a positive and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
