Job Summary
Support property management in leasing and marketing by conducting tours, answering inquiries, processing guest cards, and entering resident information in the leasing system. Participate in orientation/marketing events, manage social media initiatives, and contribute to renewal marketing efforts. Maintain a favorable image of the community, assist with Turn/Move-In/Move-Out processes, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and parents. Be available for on-call shifts, after-hours coverage, and office-based duties, including administrative tasks, inventories, and reporting. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to ACC standards while fostering a welcoming, professional environment for prospective residents and current tenants.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate, Bachelor's, or Associates degree or diploma in progress from an accredited college or university
- Degree or certificate program in progress from an accredited college or university
- Leasing and marketing experience preferred

- Leasing and marketing experience
- Experience using Salesforce or leasing management systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- On-call availability for shifts
