Job Summary
Conduct administrative leasing tasks including filing resident files, preparing notices, organizing rent payments, and generating lease paperwork. Assist with sales and leasing activities by conducting virtual and in-person tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting prospects, and scheduling appointments. Manage the move-in and move-out process, including coordinating parties, birthday cards, and distributing notices such as flyers and surveys. Serve as an after-hours liaison, responding to emergencies and resolving resident concerns promptly. Perform on-campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic. Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and at least one on-call shift per week.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Commitment to working move-in and move-outs with the understanding that these events, along with 'turn', are mandatory work dates
- At least one on-call shift per week
- Ability to respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions
- Ability to take prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s)
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies within a required period of time
- Ability to act as an after-hours liaison between residents and property management
