Community Assistant for a 55+ manufactured home community in Marysville, WA, responsible for overall community management including rent collection and deposits, enforcement of rental agreements and facility rules, supervision of RV and manufactured home placements, compliance with home standards and applicable codes, issuing notices and eviction proceedings as needed, maintaining tenant files and records, screening applicants, administering rental agreements, promoting homes and vacant spaces, maintaining vendor lists, distributing notices, and monitoring the community water meter; benefits include PTO and 401K, with medical and dental coverage for full-time employees.
