Job Summary
Community Assistant for a high-end 55+ manufactured home community in Marysville, WA. Responsible for rent collection and deposits, enforcing rental agreements and facility rules, supervising placement of RVs and manufactured homes, ensuring compliance with home standards and codes, handling eviction proceedings as needed, maintaining tenant files, screening potential tenants, executing rental agreements, promoting homes for sale, maintaining inventory and vendor lists, distributing notices, and administering the community water meter monitoring system. On-site, full-time role with benefits including PTO and 401K. Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills required.
