Job Summary
Lead and support the student housing community as a part-time Community Assistant. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests, assisting with leasing and marketing activities (outreach marketing, social media, tours, digital inquiries), fostering community engagement and inclusivity, managing resident inquiries and administrative tasks, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and promoting a safe environment by enforcing community policies. Collaboration with staff and participation in staff meetings, training, and development are key, along with contributing to safety, crisis response, and campus-resources referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional events
- Ability to be on-call for emergencies
- Current account in good standing (if current resident)
