Job Summary
Provide targeted, youth-led support to adolescents aged 10–17 who are vulnerable to child exploitation or at risk of going missing. Build positive relationships with young people and families, deliver mentoring and group work programmes, and collaborate with social workers and partner agencies to develop community-based opportunities. Focus on enhancing safeguarding, promoting resilience, wellbeing, safety, and inclusion to improve long-term outcomes for the team's clients. Work within a multi-disciplinary approach that brings together professionals from different agencies to reduce exploitation risks.
