Job Summary
The Community and School Based Clinician provides individual, family and group therapy to an assigned caseload, delivering outpatient services in schools and/or agency clinics and Intensive In- Home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) for children and families as needed. The role rotates between county high schools and CBH offices in north and south county; IIBHT services are provided in the home and/or community. Responsibilities include completing mental health assessments, developing and updating treatment plans within a system-based, interdisciplinary team, administering screenings (CSSRS, GAD-7, OHIO & HOPE scales, PHQ-9), delivering evidence-based family, group and individual therapy, coordinating with caregivers, obtaining and updating Release of Information, participating in supervision and required trainings, and ensuring timely charting and discharge planning. The clinician must possess or obtain certification in providing TFCBT to families. Education requirement is a Master’s degree in the Behavioral Sciences with licensure preferable (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. The role includes a sign-on bonus and a benefits package; salary is DOE.
