Job Summary
Community Ambassador oversees leasing and resident experience, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, supporting marketing and community events, and helping achieve sales goals under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager. Responsibilities include generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, lead follow-up, promoting the community via social media and on-/off-campus events, managing email/text campaigns (Entrata and TextUs), handling inquiries, and maintaining detailed logs. Must understand the Housing Contract and Fair Housing policies, perform turn-related activities (move-ins/move-outs), and support maintenance requests and unit inspections. Requires strong organization, reliability, time-management, and effective communication, with the ability to work evenings and weekends; education background includes a high school diploma or equivalent, with enrollment in a bachelor’s program preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Information Technology, Public Relations, etc.
