Job Summary
Leads leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy for the community. Responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, generating leads, scheduling and conducting tours, following up with leads, supporting email/text campaigns, and promoting the community via social media and on- and off-campus events. Maintains resident experience through effective communication, timely responses to inquiries, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines. Supports property operations with daily checklists, logging activities, handling inquiries, and assisting with move-in/move-out activities. Requires teamwork with the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour, with hours and factors varying by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable with good self-discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Able to work during summer and Turn period
