Job Summary
Conduct leasing tasks including generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and closing sales in accordance with LEASE Training guidelines. Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, assist in planning marketing events, and promote the community via social media and email campaigns. Perform daily property operations such as opening/closing checklists, model inspections, housekeeping, and entering maintenance requests. Respond to inquiries, label packages, and enforce community policies while escalating resident concerns to the Community Manager. Maintain detailed activity logs and participate in Turn-related activities including move-in/out days and unit inspections. Work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts, with availability during summer and Turn periods.

Desired Qualifications
