Job Summary
Conduct leasing tours, generate leads, and close sales for prospective residents while managing guest cards and follow-ups. Assist in planning marketing events, promote the community via social media and email campaigns, and resolve resident concerns by escalating to managers. Perform daily property operations including opening/closing checklists, model inspections, housekeeping, and entering maintenance requests. Enforce community policies, log activity records, and handle move-in/move-out activities during Turn periods. Work evening and weekend hours including resident lockouts, with availability for summer and Turn periods.

Desired Qualifications
