Job Summary
Leads leasing activities and resident experiences for a multifamily community: guides prospective residents through the leasing process, conducts tours, generates leads, completes guest cards, follows up with leads, and assists in marketing and community events to help maximize occupancy. Supports email/text campaigns, represents the community professionally, maintains activity logs, handles inquiries, enforces housing policies, and participates in Turn-related activities (move-in/move-out). Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (pursuing a related bachelor’s degree is preferred); strong organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work evenings and weekends and during summer/turn periods. Reports to the Community Manager and Leasing & Marketing Manager; salary is $16.00/hour depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Information Technology, Public Relations, etc. preferred
- Must possess strong organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed
- Must be available to work during summer and Turn period
