Job Summary
Conduct all tasks necessary to close the sale, including generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and lead follow-up. Guide prospective residents through the leasing process while assisting in planning marketing and community events to maximize occupancy. Represent the community and Landmark Properties professionally by communicating housing contract details, promoting via social media, and managing email and text campaigns. Perform daily opening and closing checklists, inspect tour routes, handle maintenance requests, and enforce community policies. Respond to internet and telephone inquiries, escalate resident concerns, and participate in move-in, move-out, and trash-out activities. Work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts, with availability during summer and Turn periods.

Desired Qualifications
