Job Summary
Community Ambassador responsible for building and nurturing relationships within the community on behalf of TaskUs. Serve as a representative and advocate to promote positive engagement, collaboration, and goodwill between the organization and the community. Actively participate in community events, initiatives, and partnerships to strengthen the company’s reputation, establish positive connections, and contribute to growth and success. Listen to community feedback and provide insights to internal teams; collaborate with marketing and communications to develop and implement community engagement strategies. Requires excellent interpersonal/communication skills, deep knowledge of the local community, professional representation, active listening, organizational abilities, and occasional travel to fulfill events and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and establish rapport with community members
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the local community, its culture, and dynamics
- Ability to represent the company or department in a professional and positive manner
- Active listening skills to understand community needs and concerns
- Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate community events and activities
