Job Summary

Conduct leasing activities including generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and closing sales in accordance with LEASE Training guidelines. Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, assist in planning marketing events, and promote the community via social media and email campaigns. Perform daily property operations such as opening/closing checklists, model inspections, housekeeping, and responding to inquiries while entering maintenance requests and logging activity. Enforce community policies, escalate resident concerns, and participate in Turn activities including move-in/out days and unit inspections. Work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts, with availability during summer and Turn periods.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to manage time efficiently
  • Must possess strong organization skills
  • Must be reliable and have self-discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed
  • Must be available to work during summer and Turn period

Desired Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Information Technology, Public Relations, etc.
